We Worship
Come as you are. We are liturgical, but not
formal.
We provide a nursery
for children ages 4 or
younger. Younger
children are also welcome to sit in the service with their parents.
Sunday Services include a special children's message each week.

We celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Baptism
as the entrance rite through which we
receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit and become members of the Body of Christ, the church
on earth. Baptism may be by sprinkling water on the head or by immersion of the whole
body. We practice both infant and adult baptism.
Adults
are baptized on the basis of their own faith in Jesus Christ. They confess their
faith publicly and renounce the forces of evil, sin and death.
Children
are baptized, based on the faith of their parents or sponsors, who assume
responsibility for instructing these children in the Christian faith as they grow up. Baptized children later affirm their own faith through an Affirmation of Baptism, or Rite of
Confirmation, into adult membership in the church.
We celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion
during worship on the 1st, 3rd, 5th
and Festival Sundays. We welcome to our Lord's Table all who believe that Jesus
Christ is truly present in the bread and wine to bless, forgive and strengthen us in faith.
Children who do not yet commune receive a blessing.
